Job summary

iyuno Production Manager oversees all aspects of dubbing productions from inception to final delivery, including voice over, lip-sync, editing, and localization services.

Responsibilities include creating production schedules, tracking milestones and budgets, updating status trackers, coordinating scripts with Directors and Content Partners, reviewing casting, and directing voice talent as needed to ensure on-time, high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Dubbing/ Post Production
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Knowledge of Video and Audio codecs, specifications, and formats
• Comfort with creating workable and efficient production schedules
• Understanding of production accounting
• Experience with VoiceQ or similar scripting software
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Create production schedules including delivery timelines and archiving of final assets
• Update production status trackers for A/V, ancillary deliverables and budgets
• Track milestones to ensure smooth production and communicate changes to Title Managers
• Revise schedules based on client requests and staff/equipment availability
• Coordinate scripting with Director, Adaptor & Content Partners to ensure timely, accurate scripts
• Review speaking roles and oversee casting; direct voice talent as needed
