Job summary

Iyuno is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production of dubbing projects, including voice over, lip-sync, editing, mixing, and localization from inception to final delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in dubbing/post production, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and production accounting in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with VoiceQ and MS Office is preferred. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Dubbing/Post Production
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Knowledge of Video and Audio codecs, specifications, and formats
• Comfort with creating workable and efficient production schedules
• Understanding of production accounting
• Experience with VoiceQ or similar scripting software
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Creation of production schedules including delivery, and archiving of final assets
• Accurate and timely updating of production status tracker(s) including A/V, ancillary deliverables, project specific budgetary forecasting
• Tracks key milestones to ensure smooth production and communicates any changes to Title Manager(s)
• Revises schedule according to client requests, production needs, established priorities, and availability or capability of staff or equipment
• Scripting: Communicating with Director, Adaptor & Content Partners to ensure scripts are created accurately & within decided timelines
• Review speaking roles and oversee casting
• Directing voice talent as needed (special projects, pickups)
