Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a full-time Dual Studio Manager to lead two portrait studios in a host environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, oversee scheduling, training, and performance, and ensure the studio meets its sales and customer-satisfaction goals, with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, a 401K, and studio discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of supervisory, retail, sales, service, or photography experience.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Intermediate computer skills (navigation, data entry, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction).
