Job summary

Shutterfly is seeking a full-time Studio Manager to lead a portrait studio in a host environment. You will manage operations and staff, ensuring premier customer service throughout the photography, sale, and delivery process.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years in supervisory/retail roles, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling and competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory, retail, sales, service or photography experience.
• Ability to work varied schedule including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults.
• Strong math and intermediate computer skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.
• Manage performance and develop the skills of Team Members.
• Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…).
