Lifetouch is seeking a motivated Dual Studio Manager to oversee two portrait studios in a host environment. You will lead daily operations, train and mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the photo, sale, and delivery cycle.

Responsibilities include scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography workflows, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering memorable portraits for families and individuals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead two portrait studios operations and staff in a host environment.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the photo, sale, and delivery experience.
• Follow scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography processes.
• Manage performance and develop team members.
• Aim for sales targets and high customer satisfaction.
