Job summary
National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a Multi-Site Hospital Manager to lead Parkway Veterinary Hospital and Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital in California's East Bay. You will partner with veterinary leadership to oversee operations, staffing, and financial performance across both sites.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of management experience, strong people leadership, and a collaborative leadership style.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of management experience, preferably within veterinary medicine, healthcare, or a service-based environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
- Willingness and ability to regularly travel between our Dublin and Pleasanton locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop team members across both hospitals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and build engaged, high-performing teams.
- Monitor P&L performance and manage budgets, labor, and inventory.
- Champion an exceptional client experience and strengthen client relationships.
