National Veterinary Associates (NVA) seeks a proactive Multi-Site Hospital Manager to lead Parkway Veterinary Hospital and Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital in California’s East Bay. You will guide operations, teams, and finances across two locations, partnering with veterinary leadership to achieve growth and outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience, preferably in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or service environments.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
• Ability to delegate, create accountability, and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to influence teams through change.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Dublin and Pleasanton locations.
• Previous veterinary or multi-site management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• As Multi-Site Hospital Manager, oversee day-to-day operations and build engaged, high-performing teams at two hospitals.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management across both sites.
• Monitor financial performance, labor, inventory, and operating expenses; manage budget adherence.
• Develop and drive processes to improve client experience and hospital workflows across locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA and regulatory requirements; support annual budgeting and planning.
