Job summary

PetVet Care Centers in Westminster, CO, seeks a Multi Site Hospital Manager to lead hospital support teams across two practices—Northside Emergency Pet Clinic and Choice Veterinary Specialists—delivering high-quality care and excellent customer service.

You will drive efficient operations, manage budgets, staffing, and local accounting, and partner with veterinarians to ensure a productive, compliant, and compassionate hospital culture across both sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field preferred.
• At least five years of hospital or clinic management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic software.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage budgets, invoices and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff across hospital support departments and meets labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and clinic staff; manages onboarding.
• Orients and trains new clinic staff to the hospital and duties.
• Reviews performance and provides feedback; liaises with Regional Manager.
• Manages schedules for staff and coordinates with the DVM.
• Monitors budgets, purchases equipment and supplies, and maintains the facility.
• Responsible for local accounting functions; ensure financial information is accurate.
• Ensures licensure and display of licenses for DVMs.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
