National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a seasoned Multi‑Site Hospital Manager to lead two East Bay veterinary practices, Parkway Veterinary Hospital and Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, build high‑performing teams, drive financial performance, and tailor leadership to each location’s culture and needs.

• 3–5+ years of management experience, preferably in veterinary medicine or healthcare.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across two hospitals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing, ensuring efficient workflows.
• Monitor budget, payroll, A/R, inventory, and other financial processes.
• Drive client experience, growth, and local community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
