Are you an experienced veterinary leader ready to take the next step in your career? National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Multi‑Site Hospital Manager to lead two established practices in California’s East Bay: Parkway Veterinary Hospital and Pleasanton Veterinary Hospital.
This is a unique opportunity for a strong people and operations leader to make an impact across two established hospitals while partnering closely with each practice’s veterinary leadership. You’ll provide dedicated leadership and operational support to each hospital, developing strong teams, driving financial and operational performance, and supporting the individual culture and needs of each practice.
As Multi‑Site Hospital Manager, you’ll partner with the Managing Veterinarians and hospital leadership at both locations to oversee day‑to‑day operations and build engaged, high‑performing teams.
