Qualifications

• 3+ years in property management, multi-site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for two properties, ensuring occupancy and market readiness.
• Prepare and manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Interview tenants, set rental rates, and enforce leases; manage staff.
