Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking an Emerging Area Manager (EAM) to join our multifamily team in Memphis, TN. You will oversee two or more properties, blending hands-on leadership with portfolio oversight and budget responsibility.

This early-career role requires up to 50% travel, a complimentary on-site apartment, and mentorship from a Regional Vice President to develop into broader area leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of residential property management with leadership of on-site teams.
• 1–2 years of multi-site or portfolio responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations and manage risk.
• Monitor performance metrics with Community Managers and prepare monthly reports.
• Own rent growth and revenue performance for each community and assist pricing strategy.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development plans for site teams.
