Sodexo is seeking a Manager, Multi-Service to oversee Food Services and Environmental Services operations at Oceans Healthcare – Haven Behavioral Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

This hands-on, service‑oriented leader will guide two supervisors and approximately 15 FTE, driving daily operations to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service for patients, staff, and visitors. The role may assume full unit leadership when needed to maintain continuity.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading multi-service operations in healthcare or hospitality.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop teams across service lines.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• HR-related tasks including hiring, coaching and feedback.
