Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services General Manager for healthcare to oversee the housekeeping team for Eagleville, Pennsylvania. The role is day shift (6:30AM to 3PM) and manages a 35-person team with weekend needs as required, focusing on daily operations, budgeting, and safety.

You will lead performance, set direction, and drive service excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Education requirement requested: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years management experience within environmental services or custodial teams.
• Experience leading teams in healthcare facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day environmental services operations in a healthcare setting.
