Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Manager, Multi-Service to oversee Food Services and Environmental Services operations at Oceans Healthcare – Haven Behavioral Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This hands-on leader will manage two supervisors and about 15 full-time staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service while maintaining strong client relations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of management experience in food service, EVS, or healthcare operations, with a proven ability to guide

Qualifications

• Previous management or supervisory experience in Food Services, Environmental Services, hospitality, or healthcare operations.
• Experience overseeing both Food Services and EVS is highly preferred.
• Experience supervising or supporting operations in facilities, food service, custodial services, or related environments.
• Leadership skills that support delegating, prioritizing, and ensuring work meets established standards.
• Communication skills that support issue resolution and clear updates to management.
• Competence in HR-related tasks such as hiring, coaching, training support, and addressing employee concerns.
• A commitment to providing timely, constructive feedback that drives team performance.
• A solutions-focused approach that enhances service quality across multiple operational areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2 supervisors and approximately 15 full-time equivalent staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality food service and environmental services operations.
• Lead teams across food service and EVS to meet daily operations targets and client expectations.
• Monitor performance, coach teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Step in to assume full unit leadership when needed to maintain continuity and client satisfaction.
