Sodexo is seeking a Manager, Multi-Service to oversee Food Services and Environmental Services operations at Oceans Healthcare – Haven Behavioral Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

This hands-on, service‑oriented leader will guide two supervisors and approximately 15 FTE, driving daily operations to meet performance targets and ensure high-quality service for patients, staff, and visitors. The role may assume full unit leadership when needed to maintain continuity.

Sodexo is seeking a Manager, Multi-Service to oversee Food Services and Environmental Services (EVS) operations at Oceans Healthcare – Haven Behavioral Hospital in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

This approximately 75-bed behavioral health facility offers an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, service-oriented leader who enjoys developing teams, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact on the patient experience.

Join a role where you’ll support a multiservice operation that delivers two or more core functions—such as facilities, engineering, food service, or custodial support—within a single unit. You will lead teams across these service areas to ensure daily operations run efficiently, performance targets are met, and service quality remains consistently high. In this position, you may also assume full unit leadership when needed, maintaining continuity, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.today operations run smoothly, service standards are met, and key performance indicators are achieved. In this role, you may also step in to assume full unit leadership responsibilities when needed, ensuring continuity, quality, and strong client relations.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $77605 - $100430

What you’ll bring

The Manager will oversee 2 supervisors and approximately 15 full-time equivalent (FTE) staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality food service and environmental services operations.

Previous management or supervisory experience in Food Services, Environmental Services, hospitality, or healthcare operations. Experience overseeing both Food Services and EVS is highly preferred.

• Experience supervising or supporting operations in facilities, food service, custodial services, or related environments.
• Leadership skills that support delegating, prioritizing, and ensuring work meets established standards.
• Communication skills that support issue resolution and clear updates to management.
• Competence in HR-related tasks such as hiring, coaching, training support, and addressing employee concerns.
• A commitment to providing timely, constructive feedback that drives team performance.
• A solutions-focused approach that enhances service quality across multiple operational areas.
