Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living as delegated by licensed nurse.
• Coordinate day-to-day unit activities and maintain patient records.
• Communicate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdepartmental personnel.
• Serve as a resource for physicians and health-care team for the electronic medical record.
• Support department operations and perform other duties as assigned.
