Job summary
Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a dual Front Desk Representative and Night Auditor to deliver courteous service to hotel guests and ensure accurate check-in/checkout processing. You may cover graveyard shifts and assist at the front desk as needed to maintain high guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include handling guest requests, posting charges, and supporting hotel administration and housekeeping teams while maintaining professional conduct and a strong attendance record.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Some college courses in Hotel Management preferred.
- Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum of one-year accounting or audit experience preferred.
- Must be computer-literate. Previous Hotel/Motel experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the check-in process in a courteous manner.
- Assist guests with checkout at the end of their stay.
- Respond to guest requests, complaints or inquiries promptly.
- Advise guests about hotel facilities and events.
- Prepare and distribute management reports to Hotel Administration and Finance Department.
- Post room and tax charges to guest accounts.
- Support Hotel Housekeeping and Bell Desk as needed.
