Responsibilities

• Front Desk: assist guests with check-in/check-out courteously and efficiently.
• Front Desk: answer questions about hotel facilities and events and provide information.
• Front Desk: manage rewards club accounts and issue rewards as appropriate.
• Night Auditor: prepare and distribute management reports to Hotel Administration and Finance.
• Night Auditor: post room and tax charges to guest accounts and support housekeeping if needed.
• Maintain consistent attendance and respond to management requests.
