Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California seeks a Front Desk Agent to ensure smooth hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest service at check-in and check-out. You will assist guests with information, handle inquiries about facilities and events, and coordinate with hotel departments to meet guest needs.

The role requires strong communication in English, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain accuracy during payments and guest accounts. Hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• College education in full or part, desired.
• Previous hotel, hospitality, or receptionist working experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with the public and Team Members; delivers excellent customer service.
• Assists guests with check-in at the Hotel in a courteous manner.
• Answers guest questions about facilities and events; provides information.
• Assists guests with checkout efficiently at stay’s end.
• Handles guest complaints politely and efficiently.
• Processes payments and validates transactions to protect company assets.
• Coordinates with Bell Staff, Central Services and Housekeeping to ensure guest service.
• Maintains knowledge of the property and events to better serve guests.
• Assists with Central Reservations if needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and fulfills management requests.
