Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Dual Director of Sales to drive revenue for Hampton Inn & Suites Lady Lake/The Villages and Home2 Suites Wildwood/The Villages. As a member of the leadership team, you will lead the sales function, coordinate group and transient solicitations, and mentor the sales staff.

You will implement sales procedures, analyze market trends, prepare strategic plans, and participate in weekly revenue management calls, while maintaining professional relationships with owners

Qualifications

• Associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' minimum experience as proven sales leader.
• Experience selling multiple properties (highly desired).
• Previous hotel management experience within other disciplines (highly desired).
• Experience working with major brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt (highly desired).
• Ability to travel for training and McKibbon One conference.
• Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a strong sales team and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales and revenue of two properties.
• Coordinate and delegate group, transient, and catering sales solicitations.
• Train sales associates with GM and RDSM guidance.
• Implement sales procedures and train associates on systems and processes.
• Maintain compliance and stay updated on new sales initiatives.
• Review STR reports and End of Month reporting.
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Track key accounts and analyze market data.
• Support guest experience and operations related to sales.
• Maintain professional relationships with owners and clients.
• Lead weekly sales meetings and participate in revenue management calls.
• Recruit and hire sales team members and develop training plans.
