Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Dual Sales Manager for Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in the Austin Round Rock area. You will generate revenue by developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business, and supporting sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth for two properties.

You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach while collaborating with hotel leadership to achieve shared business goals across both properties.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-property sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business through prospecting and market outreach for two hotel locations (Austin Round Rock).
• Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated business.
• Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful events and guest experiences.
