Lodging Dynamics seeks a Dual Director of Sales to lead the sales departments of two properties, driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term customer relationships. You will align the brand strategy with day-to-day leadership of on-site Sales Managers and Coordinators, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and brand initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree not required; associate degree accepted with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in hotel sales and marketing required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Effective communication in English with internal/external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead two-property sales departments and implement brand initiatives.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet booking goals and revenue targets.
• Act as liaison with GM, Revenue Management, and national sales teams.
