Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Dual Sales Manager for Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn Suites – Austin NW to drive revenue by developing relationships and securing group and corporate business across two properties.

You will prospect, manage multiple accounts, and coordinate with hotel leadership to execute successful group bookings and events, while leveraging CRM and MS Office to track progress.

Qualifications

• Hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-property sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support more than one property effectively.
• Experience prospecting, developing new business, and growing existing accounts.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency with sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach for both hotel locations.
• Manage existing accounts and build long-term client relationships that support revenue growth across the portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated business.
• Conduct property tours and represent both hotels to prospective clients.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful execution of group bookings, events, and guest experiences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that maximize revenue opportunities for both properties.
• Maintain accurate sales records, account information, forecasting, and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and portfolio sales goals.
