Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Dual Sales Manager for Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites in Austin Round Rock. The role focuses on generating revenue for two properties by developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business, and supporting sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth.

You will concentrate on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach while collaborating with hotel leadership to achieve shared business goals across both properties.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-property experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and prospect new business.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach for both hotel locations.
• Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships that support revenue growth across the portfolio.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated business.
• Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution, events, and guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
