Job summary

The Dual Property Sales Manager at OTO Development leads proactive sales for two hotel properties in Baltimore, targeting corporate, group, SMERF and local accounts. You will identify opportunities, present proposals, coordinate site tours, and partner with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.

You will manage existing accounts, forge long-term partnerships, and maintain CRM records (Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of hotel sales experience required; multi-property or dual-brand experience desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in hotel sales systems: Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell and promote both properties to target segments.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business through calls, site tours, networking, and client events.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-up docs per brand standards.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade shows.
• Maintain CRM records (Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce) accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals.
• Work cross-functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams.
