Job summary

Exchange Hotels Management is seeking an Entry level Dual Sales Manager to support Hyatt group sales and SMERF room-only blocks for Hotel Drover in Fort Worth. The role requires strong organization and relationship-building across two properties, with collaboration across revenue, operations, and catering teams to maximize room night production and profitability.

The candidate will manage assigned group accounts, conduct site tours, present to clients, and coordinate pricing with Revenue

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Knowledge of Fort Worth market and DFW area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hyatt - Group Sales Focus: Manage assigned group accounts and coordinate with operations to ensure needs are met.
• Hotel Drover - SMERF Room-Only Focus: Proactively solicit and book SMERF room-only blocks.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with planners and local organizations.
• Negotiate room block contracts aligned with revenue strategy and availability.
• Serve as primary client contact through contract signing and pre-arrival coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service and drive incremental revenue through upselling.
