White Lodging seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support associates and foster a valued, inclusive workplace. You will handle recruitment cycles, onboarding, and benefit inquiries while helping maintain confidential HR records and contribute to engaging events.

Ideal candidates will bring a positive attitude, good service skills, and knowledge of HR policies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and organizational flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws (ADA, FMLA, EEOC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist associates and visitors with inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting: job postings, interviewing, onboarding, drug testing, orientation.
• Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events.
• Maintain HRIS and confidentiality of records.
• Serve as a resource on benefits and HR policies; collaborate with HR team.

As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our associates and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do

• Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation.
• Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative.
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs and follow all company work rules and procedures.
