Goodwin Recruiting seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead two high-performing, limited-service hotels in Moody, AL. This hands-on leader drives guest satisfaction, sales growth, and team development to achieve top-line revenue goals.

Ideal candidates will manage ADR/RevPAR strategies, budgets, and P&L, with strong leadership and brand-standard discipline. F&B exposure and regulatory compliance are valued assets for profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Hotel General Manager experience, preferred Dual-GM experience.
• Strong hotel sales background with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Experience with limited-service, select-service, or focused-service hotel operations.
• Exposure to food & beverage operations, including budgeting, service standards, and cost controls.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and forecasting.
