Job summary

The Tennessee Board of Regents’ Dual Enrollment program at TCAT Elizabethton seeks a full-time Dual Enrollment Student Support Associate at the Elizabethton Main Campus. You will provide administrative and clerical support, manage dual enrollment applications and records, and serve as a key contact for students, high school personnel, instructors, parents, and college staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clerical/administrative or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with data entry and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support for the Dual Enrollment department.
• Process, organize, and maintain dual enrollment applications and records.
• Enter and maintain student and program information in college systems with accuracy.
• Review paperwork for completeness and follow up if information is missing.
• Respond to routine dual enrollment questions by email, phone, or other channels.
• Serve as a contact for students, parents, high school staff, instructors, and college personnel regarding processes.
• Assist high school partners with enrollment questions, deadlines, and documentation.
• Maintain organized records and assist with data collection, reports, and tracking.
• Communicate with college departments to resolve enrollment or documentation issues.
• Support general office tasks, including phones, visitors, and inquiries, while preserving confidentiality.
