Job summary

Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) – Jackson Campus is seeking a Student Support Associate to assist with Student Services under the supervision of the Student Services Coordinator and VP. Some evenings and travel may be required as part of duties.

The role focuses on recruitment, student records, compliance training support, and collaboration with the department to ensure successful student services outcomes at TCAT Jackson.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; technical diploma, or Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-time experience in education, business or industry.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment duties: answer calls, assist walk-ins, disseminate information about programs, provide campus tours, and assist with New Student Orientation.
• Maintain physical and electronic student files and assist with compliance training and performance reports.
