Job summary

TCAT Athens is seeking a Data Entry Support Associate for the Athens location. The role combines data entry with travel to local high schools to assist students applying for dual enrollment and to coordinate student engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Must pass a background check.
• Experience processing documents with careful attention to detail.
• Experience with basic finances and balance sheets.

Responsibilities

• Organize Student Appreciation Days and other events.
• Support SkillsUSA activities and travel to events.
• Manage dual enrollment registration and related financial records.
• Disseminate the dual enrollment handbook to instructors and ensure policy compliance.
• Foster relations with high school counselors and CTD directors via visits and luncheons.
• Assist in recruitment through high school visits, fairs, Open House, and events.
• Present engaging information to large groups to promote TCAT Athens programs.
• Assist with summer camps to raise STEM awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing staff on program brochures and materials.
• Coordinate purchase of promotional items for events.
• Organize SkillsUSA Signing Day for students.</
