Qualifications

• Knowledge of dual enrollment programs, college opportunities and admissions processes.
• Experience in education, counseling or related field with high school/college students.
• Strong communication, organizational and collaborative skills with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, Zoom and student information systems.
• Ability to develop partnerships and design programs for high school students; work independently.
• Community college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen dual enrollment programs within an assigned territory.
• Build partnerships with high schools and community organizations.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Maintain and expand dual enrollment offerings.
• Provide guidance and support to students pursuing certificates, associate degrees and career credentials.
