Job summary

Motlow State Community College is seeking a Dual Enrollment Regional Program Manager to oversee the dual enrollment program for a defined region, coordinating with LEAs and community partners and driving recruitment, admissions, progress, and retention efforts. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree earned from a regionally accredited institution.
• Experience in higher education student services, program management, or serving high school student populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, strategic planning, development and implementation of dual enrollment initiatives for the assigned region.
• Collaborate with high school CTE directors to expand dual credit and enrollment opportunities.
• Advise and support dual enrollment students through admissions, grants, and scholarship processes.
