The Northern Virginia Community College is seeking a Dual Enrollment Coordinator to develop and strengthen dual enrollment programs across the Loudoun territory, partnering with high schools and community organizations. The role also serves as a community resource, delivering presentations to inform stakeholders about the benefits of dual enrollment.

Responsibilities include expanding offerings to boost enrollments and fidelity to VCCS policies, advising under supervision of the Associate

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dual enrollment programs and admissions processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication with diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and expand dual enrollment offerings to increase enrollments.
• Focus on courses leading to UCGS, degrees, and certificates.
• Uphold VCCS policy, SACSCOC, and NACEP standards.
• Provide guidance under supervision of the Associate Director.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure student success.
• Develop informational webinars and in-person presentations.
• Analyze progress of students and programs in the territory.
• Refer students to support services to overcome barriers.
