Responsibilities

• Supervise Dual Enrollment Counselors and coordinate across territories.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Registrar, Advising, Academic Affairs, Financial Aid, bookstore and Student Success to ensure alignment.
• Resolve escalated concerns from students, families or school partners with program-level guidance.
• Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of the Dual Enrollment program: recruitment, applications, onboarding, advising, registration, transition support.
• Develop and maintain program materials and communication plans, including guides, emails, and onboarding resources.
