Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Business Admin Technology preferred.
• Experience with student information systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information via email and phone to prospective and current Dual Enrollment students and parents.
• Coordinate with high school counselors and partners on program updates and events.
• Process new Dual Enrollment applications and enter placement scores and transcripts.
• Assist with orientation, enrollment, and scheduling activities.
• Maintain timely communications and accurate records in the student information system.
