Job summary

Savannah Technical College is seeking a Dual Enrollment and Recruitment Coordinator for the Savannah Campus. The role focuses on recruitment, admissions counseling, advising, and retention of Dual Enrollment students while aligning with the college's enrollment goals.

The coordinator will liaise between the college, high schools, students, families, and community partners, promoting opportunities and ensuring compliance with Dual Enrollment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience in admissions, recruitment, advising, enrollment management, Dual Enrollment or related education.
• Experience coordinating recruitment and admissions processes and providing student advising.
• Familiarity with FERPA and student records management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to increase Dual Enrollment participation.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective students, parents, counselors, and community partners.
• Represent the college at high school visits, college fairs, and recruitment events.
• Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and enrollment workshops.
• Advise students on course selection, degree pathways, and program requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records, applications, transcripts, and enrollment data.
