Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited college or university in a closely related field.
• Three years' experience in a postsecondary or secondary technical educational setting preferred.
• Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-to-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dual, joint, Accel enrollment programs and articulation at a technical college.
• Attend recruiting events to increase awareness about dual enrollment.
• Plan orientation for new dual enrollment students and parents.
• Provide information to students on program offerings and facilitate the admissions process, including testing, applications, transcripts, and financial aid.
• Collaborate with high school staff to promote a seamless guidance system between secondary and postsecondary institutions.
• Communicate and educate secondary staff about dual enrollment and articulation matrices.
• Create and maintain up-to-date written processes for dual enrollment and articulation.
• Arrange signatures for dual enrollment programs and articulation agreements.
• Plan and implement activities for collegewide recruitment.
• Deliver information about dual enrollment and the institution via multiple channels.
• Coordinate with financial aid staff regarding tuition, fees, and HOPE grants/scholarships.
• Work with Student Records to retrieve grades and distribute transcripts.
• Facilitate awarding of articulated credit.
• Track data for dual and articulated credit enrollees and graduates.
• Disseminate information to stakeholders and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
