Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality's Residence Inn Grand Junction seeks a Dual Director Engineering to oversee facilities maintenance across multiple properties. The role directs maintenance staff and ensures safe, reliable operations of buildings and grounds, including renovations and upgrades.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance policies, scheduling preventative work, and managing relevant records, while collaborating with senior management to align with hotel standards and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree; relevant management experience preferred.
• Experience in hospitality maintenance or hotel environment is required.
• Licensed trade background is a plus (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees maintenance operations for multiple properties.
• Directs maintenance staff and manages projects and renovations.
• Develops and enforces maintenance policies and preventative schedules.
• Ensures repairs comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Maintains records and documents related to repairs and activities.
• Leads staffing decisions including hiring and performance management.
