Job summary

Ivy Hospitality seeks a Dual Chief Engineer to oversee maintenance operations for Residence Inn and Springhill Suites Indianapolis Keystone. You will lead two property maintenance teams, ensure systems are safe, efficient, and compliant, and align projects with brand standards.

This role partners with General Managers and hotel leadership to optimize asset preservation, manage budgets, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership for maintenance across two hotels.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure life safety compliance and regulatory inspections.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams across two properties.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for maintenance operations of two hotel properties, ensuring all building systems are operating safely and efficiently.
• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance programs across both hotels to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime.
• Prioritize maintenance projects and daily work assignments between both hotels based on business needs and guest impact.
• Administer life safety programs and regulatory inspections across both properties.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams, while supervising external vendors and contractors.
