Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management seeks a Director of Engineering and Facilities to lead the facilities maintenance team across the portfolio from the corporate office in Colorado. The role emphasizes development of staff, CMMS oversight, and comprehensive asset management.

The candidate should have 10+ years in facilities management, hotel ops experience, and BS in Engineering or equivalent. Expect travel about 50% and close collaboration with other departments to drive best-in-class standards.

Qualifications

• 10 years in Facilities Management
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance as it applies to maintenance operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with chief engineers and maintenance staff to implement maintenance standards across the portfolio
• Support regional teams with operations consistency and asset management
• Oversee CMMS usage, preventive maintenance, inventory, and budgeting
• Analyze performance trends and develop improvement plans with engineers
• Manage projects from bid to completion, including CAPEX and operational expenses
• Provide weekly project and expenditures updates to leadership
• Lead hiring and onboarding of engineering/maintenance staff for new hotels
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor
