Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Dual Director of Engineering for Courtyard Boulder Broomfield in Louisville, CO. You will oversee facilities maintenance across properties, lead a maintenance team, manage renovations and ensure regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and problem-solving in a fast‑paced hotel environment are essential.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in related management, and experience in hospitality. A valid driver’s license and MVR are required.

Qualifications

• The position typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, including some prior management experience.
• Experience in a hotel or a related field is required.
• Licensed in a trade is preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for multiple properties; manage operation, service and repair of equipment on site.
• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and a team responsible for buildings and grounds, renovations, expansions and improvements.
• Develop and enforce policies for maintenance requests and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure repairs comply with internal policies and external regulations; maintain records and documentation.
• Lead personnel actions including hiring, performance management and termination.
• Contribute to strategic planning and department goals with senior management.
