Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana seeks a Director of Ivy Cares to lead wraparound services and student support operations. You will design and assess daily activities that promote persistence, connect students with campus and community resources, and develop partnerships to strengthen student success.

The role emphasizes program leadership, collaboration with campus partners, budget oversight, and data-driven improvement to reduce non-academic barriers to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Higher Education, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field is required.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, social services, nonprofit management, community engagement, student support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ivy Cares Office and its programs and services.
• Develop and implement programs addressing basic needs and non-academic barriers to student success.
• Coordinate campus programs increasing access to resources and awareness of student needs.
• Develop community partnerships to expand resources for Ivy Tech students.
• Oversee budget, policies, and assessment of Ivy Cares services.
• Represent Ivy Cares in community meetings and coalitions.
