Job summary

Northern New Mexico College is seeking a Dual Credit Admissions/Recruitment professional to oversee the Dual Credit Program, meet with potential students and parents, and coordinate with school districts and academic chairs. The role ensures FERPA compliance and accurate academic records while delivering excellent customer service.

The incumbent will manage enrollment processes, collaborate with Advisement and Registrar, and maintain MOAs, with onsite duties in Santa Fe, NM and standard weekday

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a directly related field.
• Two years of professional experience related to student services, advising, or
• Equivalent education may substitute for up to two years of required experience.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provides information and answers questions regarding Dual Credit enrollment for students, parents, high schools staff, college faculty and staff, and the general public in NNMC's service area.
• Serves as the primary liaison between school districts and NNMC faculty and staff.
• Responsible for the Dual Credit registration process.
• Maintains confidential student files and issues transcripts to high schools.
• Keeps Dual Credit MOA's and Appendices up to date and housing the originals.
