Job summary

The University of New Mexico – Gallup Branch is seeking an Operations Specialist to lead and grow dual-credit and concurrent enrollment programs. You will coordinate with K-12 partners, manage data, and ensure compliant, smooth program operations for students and families.

The role requires strong relationship-building, policy understanding, and program administration skills across campus and external partners. Regular in-person work at the Gallup campus is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dual-credit and concurrent enrollment programs.
• Monitor program performance and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate course scheduling, instructor credentialing, and approvals with academic departments.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on dual-credit operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on program status for leadership and governance bodies.
