Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group academic advising on planning, course selection, and transfer options.
• Manage a caseload; monitor enrollment, progress, and completion; document advising contacts.
• Coordinate interventions and refer students to tutoring, testing, accessibility, counseling, and other support services.
• Assist students with application, onboarding, and enrollment tasks.
• Explain policies (e.g., FERPA) and navigate university systems with students.
