Job summary

Sethi Management is seeking a Dual Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations, coordinate planning with supervisors, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional hospitality.

You will assist with workforce staffing, provide leadership, oversee cash flow, and ensure knowledge of property management systems; this role offers growth, competitive pay, health insurance, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Assist with coordinating planning and executing activities with supervisors in regards to timetables, work schedules, etc.
• Assist with determining the workforce, recruitment and hiring of new staff
• Provide leadership support and direction to team members
• Assists in the responsibility of all hotel cash flow
• Must have working knowledge of specific property management systems used at the property
• Maintain high standard of hospitality and service
• Maintain high visibility throughout the property
