Job summary

Everhome Suites Salem is seeking a Hotel Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold our guest‑focused vision, and drive service excellence with minimal supervision.

This role requires strong team leadership across Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry and Breakfast, plus hands-on planning of events and room bookings. You should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and present information effectively to managers and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); OR one to three years related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Training, mentoring, and supervising staff in the Front Desk, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Breakfast department
