White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks an experienced hospitality leader to serve as Assistant General Manager and co-captain of hotel operations. You will oversee daily activities, guest satisfaction, associate engagement and profitability across food & beverage and room operations.

You will prioritize training and development, build cohesive teams, and nurture relationships aligned with company culture to support retention and internal promotions. A growth-minded leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in training, development, mentoring and building cohesive teams.
• Past leadership experience in Food and Beverage and/or department head Room Operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
